Square Peg Careers is a boutique career & leadership development consultancy established in 2003 by Caitlin Burns. Caitlin is an experienced and qualified career development consultant and coach. Her work includes career development and career transition coaching, leadership development coaching and workshop facilitation in government, corporate and not for profit environments. She is also a regular career development lecturer at RMIT.
